Take good plant and insect samples. If they don't have the answers, they'll send your samples to their Diagnostic Lab. These diagnostic lab services are available throughout the entire year. Plant and insect samples may be dropped off at any Fairfax County Library. You will receive a diagnositc report within 2-3 weeks.
